As announced by the President on 23 March 2020, the country is in a nationwide lockdown from 27th March until 16th April 2020. We would like to keep you, our valued advertisers, in the loop regarding Rietmark actions in this regard.
Distribution of April Rietmark booklets would have been during the week of 30 March to 3 April, but will now be impossible to do. Just as important, it will be a waste of your money to distribute booklets when neither you or your clients may leave your home. We negotiated with the printers and distributors to postpone the booklet’s distribution by a month.
However, from 1 April you will already be able to access the April booklets online. The latest editions of Rietmark are always available on www.rietmark.co.za – a free service to our advertisers!
You should receive your monthly invoice and statement by tonight. Since the April booklets will only be distributed a month later, no invoices will be send out at the end of April. After we distributed the April booklets, the next issue will be for June. We kindly and urgently request that you ensure all payments are up to date until the April booklets.
Although the Rietmark office will be closed for the same period, we will still be available via email or our website, and via our cellphones. Contact us for any queries and quotes for printing, signage and advertising.
